The Customer-Centric Evolution

As mentioned in "The Feedback Loop," what we aim for after each feedback round is rapid iteration—streamlining our product and giving it a "better appearance." We strive to take it from "impossible" to "usable," or even perfect for our users. Our mantra when designing is always "customer-centric," meaning we evolve the product entirely around our customers. The real challenge, however, lies in navigating constraints like time, resources, or even directives from high-level management. But that's the reality: we solve these challenges while respecting each entity's unique situation.
