The Stakeholder Safari: Grouping for Impact
After identifying all our brilliant stakeholders, the first order of business is to group them strategically. Think of it like organizing a party: we categorize them based on their "relationship" to the issue. There are folks who'll be directly impacted (the main guests!), those who can help us fix things, our legal eagles or compliance champions, and of course, the decision-makers or those who just need to be in the loop. This clever grouping lets us design tailor-made scenarios and chat scripts for each type, helping us really get a handle on the problem's impact and how best to tackle it with each specific crew.
