Igniting the Vision: Our Development Sprint
After prioritization, it's time for the real fun: development! This involves a flurry of smaller tasks like creating Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and, of course, the actual coding, testing, integration, and eventually going live. The main point is that throughout this entire process, we keep our users consistently informed. We update them on our logic, validation, and how we plan to deliver their ideas and features. We always strive to deeply understand their wants and needs, and how they envision features, while simultaneously suggesting suitable solutions that also fit our technical system. This development journey often becomes a never-ending circle of questioning, developing, suggesting, and enhancing.
