How I get the Most-Out-Of-It from my "Users"
The User's Verdict: Shaping Perfection
Think it's done there? Absolutely not! After development, it's time to truly listen to our users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stage. Here, we get direct feedback on the end-to-end solution built to solve their initial problem. We usually provide users with a UAT script and test cases as a starting point, but they're absolutely free to add more or even challenge our pre-provided cases. Why? Because we can never be 100% sure our tests cover every logic and validation. During UAT, we test alongside users, meticulously logging all results and feedback. This comprehensive UAT result feedback then becomes our crucial evidence and input for any further enhancements or bug fixes.
