NURA - LANDING PAGE

A significant project I undertook involved developing a standalone landing page for our partner, NURA. This page acts as an eKYC/automation key-in for NURA's customers who received a free cancer insurance product from MB Ageas Life after buying NURA's cancer screening package. It was all about bringing the right protection to the right people, right where they were doing business!

One of my very first fun gigs involved whipping up a standalone landing page for our banking partner, KBank. Besides the super flexible UL4.0, I also got to play a part in cooking up its snazzy sibling: UL4.0 Combo. Beyond just handling the freebies, I also had a blast creating a dedicated web-view version on the MB App’s Insurance Portal specifically for NURA! This little digital gem allows them to sell their cancer screening package, cleverly bundled with our cancer insurance. Think of it as a super smart "1+1" deal, offering an all-rounder protection plan for anyone looking to fight cancer worries head-on!

And speaking of cool partners, I also got to team up with Appota Pay! We embedded our Cancer product right into their app, tucked away nicely in their "Buying insurance" section. For Appota's mass customers, we cooked up a fixed plan with three premium packages, ranging from a neat 300k VND up to 1,500k VND. It was all about making essential protection accessible and super convenient!

UL4.0 FLEXIBLE

I recently had a blast building the sales journey for our super flexible Universal Life 4.0 product on the MB App's Insurance Portal. Customers can pick their sum assured and premium with ease, even adding riders! The best bit? The whole complex process, from start to policy issuance (key-in, consulting, voice record, eKYC), is completely online and zips by in under 10 minutes. Now that's speedy protection!

I've rolled out a rather clever addition called "Smart Filter," designed to make finding the ideal insurance product remarkably simple. This intuitive feature allows customers to swiftly narrow down options based on their preferences—think premium, sum assured, policy term, and even insurance type—eliminating the usual fuss. It's like having a personal assistant, ensuring you get a perfectly tailored view of what matters most to you, without the endless scrolling!

FRIEND OF HOUSE

Speaking of cool features, during my Major Medical (healthcare) project, I conjured up something truly special called "Friend-of-House," or FOH for short! Who says imagination is just for fashion? Imagine having a customer, or even thousands, as your FOH – they're not just past clients, but awesome promoters too! This super clever idea is all thanks to a marketing gem known as the "snowflake model," bringing some serious buzz to insurance!e.

A-FRIEND-IN-NEED

Another interesting feature I've had the pleasure of bringing to life is our "little helper," affectionately known as "A-friend-in-need," designed to guide customers through their insurance-buying journey. This prescripted chatbot acts as a steadfast companion, offering everything from product details and step-by-step guidance to suggesting covered hospitals and providing instructions for after-sales services. Who knows, perhaps someday this clever assistant will evolve into a fully customized AI chatbot specifically for insurance, making the process even more seamless!

PARTNER-SALES-OPTIMIZATION PLATFORM

On a grander scale, one big idea I've cooked up during my work on digital sales tools is an "optimization platform." Imagine a single, magical platform that lets an account manager effortlessly manage and custom-tailor everything—from partners, products, and campaigns to themes—for their digital allies, offering insurance as a brilliant sidekick to their main services. When you're juggling a hundred partners, each needing unique products, campaigns, and flows, development teams can get swamped and timelines stretch endlessly. But with this savvy optimization platform, users simply hop on, customize all their desired partners, products, and campaigns, and voilà! A unique sales link is generated for the partner to dive right in!

SEARCH TOOL & THE “WIKIPEDIA”

With the search tool, customers can swiftly search for the covered diseases to surgeries and even hospitals/medical facilities nearest to them. The “Wikipedia” provides knowledge of what customers need to know about the product, the benefits to all explanation of the benefits & Terms and Conditions
