Our big goal with this project is to create a seamless, super-helpful experience for MCredit's sales team. Imagine this: they're helping a customer with a loan, and right there, embedded in their app, is a landing page that lets them effortlessly offer insurance at the same time. No extra hoops to jump through! And here's the clever bit – when customers decide to bundle their insurance with their loan, they actually unlock a better loaning rate. It's a win-win, making financial protection not just sensible, but also financially rewarding, proving that sometimes, two (products) are definitely better than one!
Choice of Platform
You know, sometimes the best solutions are the most straightforward ones, and that's exactly what we aimed for with our MCredit collaboration. We didn't have to "choose" a platform in the traditional sense because the initial requirement was crystal clear: embed our insurance product directly into MCredit's existing sales app. So, our approach was delightfully simple: create a direct link or landing page that sales agents can access right within their app. This means they can jump straight into keying in customer information for insurance, completely bypassing any unnecessary steps. It’s all about making the process as smooth and efficient as possible, literally putting insurance at their fingertips right when they need it.
We've cooked up a truly clever combination for MCredit: a Term-Life product packaged with Critical Illness coverage. It's designed to give customers robust protection without overcomplicating things. For the standard plan, customers get exclusive protection with a total death benefit of up to 100% of the sum assured. But for those looking for a bit extra, the upgraded plan allows them to choose an additional percentage (k% of the sum assured), giving them more flexibility.
To top it all off, the Critical Illness component significantly broadens the safety net, covering most critical illnesses, including cancer. We decided to offer the premium version of our critical illness insurance, which includes both juvenile and standard plans, ensuring the most comprehensive protection for the entire family. For the Term-Life portion, we've fixed the sum assured at a straightforward 10 million VND. This allows us to offer the best premium plan for Term-Life, while truly positioning Critical Illness as the ace in the package. Customers have the freedom to choose their Critical Illness sum assured from four distinct packages: 100, 200, 300, or 500 million VND, letting them tailor the coverage to their specific needs.

To be honest, the customer experience here is nothing much as customers are not the ones who directly experience the product but the end-user is sales/agency. And for agency, what they care is a simple and easy-to-understand flow so that they can sell as fast as possible
